Multikey Powersafe Electrical Switch KSE

The KSE is a multi-key controlled electrical switch suitable for the isolation or switching of 20, 32, 63 or 150 amp (maximum) current.

This type of isolator should be used for short term, off load isolation and operated by suitably qualified personnel. The KSE is manufactured from either brass or stainless steel making it suitable for use in standard or harsh corrosive environments where the lock is subject to heavy use.

The unit is supplied suitable for mounting into an existing panel or for surface mounting within its own IP65 rated lockable steel enclosure.

This is the common form of interlocking, utilising trapped key technology and multiple access points on a machine requiring simple power isolation before entry can be gained. Removing the first key from the KSE20 isolates the power to a machine and allows access to any entry point via the AI Access Interlock.

The machine's power can only be restored if all doors have been locked closed and the corresponding keys have been re-entered.
